We got our first Rottweiler in the year of 1985 . Since then this breed has been inextricably related to our life and has given us many interesting and pleasant minutes.
Our first Rottweiler was Dog Kerk ( born in 1985), the Champion of Tatarstan on working qualities and the exterrier. Kerk's Family tree was typical for the Russian Rottweiler of that time and was constructed on GDR dogs blood. At the end of the 80s- beginning of the 90s cultivation of Rottweilers in Russia experienced extraordinary rise. At that time the rings of Rottweilers collected up to 50-70 dogs simultaneously, and up to 300-400 dogs of this breed was registered at the shows There was the peak of rise of the breed in those days . The livestock of the Russian Rottweilers was of pretty good quality, received basically through the blood of the Rottweilers brought from GDR. The loudest names of the best producers of the past in Russia were Amur and Arko v. Muritzgrund, Brix v. Тоllensental, ELCH v Winkel. Later, at the end of the 70s dogs from the "western" areas of cultivation were brought to the USSR- Scandinavia Caesar, Argos, Pamissen Dares, and also the dog who has rendered epoch-making influence on breed - HARRAS v. Steinkopf, brought from Germany and whose origin was from the well-known German champion and producer Benno v. Allgouer Tor.
The breeding of Rottweilers occured then on the basis of Republican club of service dog breeding DOSAAF (ROSTO) because at those days in Russia there was no opportunity for our own breeding kennel
foundation.
Breeding of Rottweilers in Tatarstan.
Breeding of Rottweilers in Tatarstan began in 1986. Then the first помет was received from the Kaiser (Judgin + Bina), brought from Moscow and Essi (Ramsai +Storry) brought from St. Petersburg. Female Jantra, ( Semenov) was born from this couple. In 1988г. from Jantra and ouers studdog Кеrk (Vest-Roy+Maggy) was received the litter, whence there were sisters: Brenda (the owner-Grin ) and Berta (the owner-Rakhamatullin), given subsequently much Champions .
Idetta, the daughter of Brenda and the champion Duks (Galkin) rendered the greatest influence on breed in our kennel , she gave many interesting descendants from different dogs that we used in today's cultivation. The second branch of our cultivation on a mother's line has come from the bitch Andorra - Brulef (Tebri Erlich +Zal Brungilda) that we bought from the well known breeder Lotsmanova. This dog also rendered crucial positive influence on development of the breed in the region. The best litters of Andorra - Brulef were brought in 1989 from Kerk and in 1991 from Dux ( Galkin). It goes without saying that we used other blood material as well , but Idetta's and Andorra Brulef descendants became the basis of our cultivation and blood base for our future females.
Having got pretty big quantity of the bitches (for example in 1990 in the plan of our cultivation we had more than 20),we paid necessary attention to the selection of the dogs. We were practising away meetings to the specially selected producers - Lord v. Haus Duffenter (Belgium) ,Garfield du Chemin des Moulins (France), Dux (Galkin), Joy (Yakushin), Robin (Bozina), Pfertner - Heart (Olshevskaya), Pol' Olburg (Perm') and others.
Also vital staddogs were brought into the city - the winners of the shows , IPO-I Mat z Glebozka the owner Bol'sheborodova, imported from Poland (Ladis J:R Lilla Hagsater + Alfa Remedium ), Huncel (Elmediges Delle +
Karmen) the owner. Poputnikov. In 1993 we decided to buy the producer in Germany- a native land of the breed. Then we bought the first Rottweiler brought into Russia with ZTP (an acception to cultivation
ADRK), Hasso v. Floriаn that had a bright , memorable exterier, excellent working qualities ( SchH 3,2,1 AD, BX )and splendid parentage . Hasso was descending from a well-known German champion CHRIS v. Obergrombacher Schloss и Blanka v. Florian. Looking on the quality of the descendants we consider Hasso to be one of our best producers. Later, during 94-97 in Germany we took several interesting in the matter of parentage and exterier dogs for breeding. Those were the sons of the best producers of Germany Kliff v. Reisachturm (a son of the World's and Germany Champion Ken v. Schweiger Wappen), EX v. Weissbachtal and Anderl v. Lorito (the sons of a well-known producer Ferres v. Hirschenrangen), JONAS v. Brunnenweible ( a son of Interchampion and double winner of
ADRK Falko v. d. Teufelsbruke, Gismo v. Goldsteintor ( the son of Interchampion Noris v. Gruntenblik ), Bully v. Siebersberg (a son of well-known Orso v. Кressbach). The photos and pedigree of those dogs you can find here
HISTORY-PEDIGREE. In 1997 we bought a young winner of Germany land shows, promising young dog Ben. v. Lerchenfeld ( Inter. Ch. Dick v. Rhongeist + Ines v.d. Lichten Aue), from a breeder Р. Jennemann.
In Russia Ben was destined for a brilliant champion and producer career. His titles , photos and pedigree you will find in the section
OUR DOGS. Ben and other our dogs gave a brilliant posterity and therefore provided us with an excellent genetic fund and mother basis for several years in advance.
In 2001 we decided to go back to the breeding to work with Hassan f. Kengsgarten's line and we bought with that purpose a young perspective dog GERBERT IZ TADDI. In the shortest dates Gerbert becomes the Champion of Russian and the Champion of Russia National Rottweiler club and today, a year after we started using him as a producer, Gerbert's children successfully began shows career and we are glad looking on their success. We consider one of our young bitches -the Champion of Russia and RFSS Ingolda to be the reason of our breeding success, she is the product of our breeding in 5 generations on the mother line of the pedigree .Ingolda's exterier was highly esteemed by Russian and foreign leading experts on the most prestigious cynology events of 2001-2002.
Having got certain experience in the Rottweiler's breeding we consider it is possible for us to register a kennel of our own and to breed dogs under the name "Russen Rottenschild". We hope that our dogs will be worth of that
name!
